Running makes Amuseables Philippe Palmier feel so good, he takes every opportunity to hit the trail.

Birthday cards aren’t posted they’re hand-delivered via the coastal path. Low on sugar? He’ll jog to a neighbour on the other side of the park. Errands no longer feel like chores if you’re cheerful about them.

Longer distances are never a problem: he always has plenty of puff.
