Pure Andalusian heritage, naturally rich in polyphenols and beautifully balanced. Elegant and versatile, this exceptional oil shines in everyday cooking and as a finishing touch to your favourite dishes.

Crafted in the Crdoba region of Spain, it is produced exclusively by mechanical extraction from carefully selected golden Picuda olives, chosen for their distinctive character and exceptional flavour.

The result is a fresh, aromatic olive oil that preserves its natural antioxidants and polyphenols while delivering delicate floral sweetness, reflecting generations of Andalusian olive-growing tradition.

With its low acidity and exceptional oxidative stability, it exceeds the highest Extra Virgin standards.

The FOLI Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Picuda pairs beautifully with our Mature Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, creating an elegant centrepiece for your table with their distinctive glass bottle design.
